That's why we at Capital Lending has detailed training program, run by Industry experts. I am in to the Mortgage business for more than 11 years, served more than 1500 customers so far. Every Mortgage application is different and its different learning altogether. I am member of MPC (Mortgage professionals Canada) to keep updated with the current trends and practice. Its exciting and challenging at the same time. Prior to this role as Mortgage Broker, I worked with Rogers Communications as Team Manager and lead the team of successful sales representative. Team Leadership, customer service and long term relationship is the key strength of mine and that is the reason more than 50% of business coming from the reference of existing clients.
